Chalet “Notschkerl” _{Preferably with 4-legged friends}

Through the private entrance door you enter the fully equipped kitchen
with a fireplace (wood is provided free of charge).
Right next door is a cozy chill lounge with wing chairs,
magazines and a spacious wardrobe.

The staircase leads to the upper floor
where the spacious and cozy living room,
a dining area, the bathroom (with shower, double washbasin, toilet)
and the sleeping area with a wonderful view of our property.

The chalet “Notschkerl” has a private outdoor area
with large wooden terrace, seating and loungers,
Parasol and your own barbecue.

The chalet “Notschkerl” is one of four residential units
in the beautiful square courtyard from the 16th century
– wonderfully unique location –
on the outskirts of the village, at the end of a private road surrounded by meadows and fields.
We live in the east wing, there is another apartment in the south part
and in the south-western part there are 2 chalets (the “Notschkerl” & the “Feinis”).

The apartment is separated from the rest of the house by its own entrance
and allows direct access to the green areas.
Direct access to the chalet is possible
and free parking is available on site.
