Check-in & Check-out times
To thoroughly clean our chalets for each of our guests
and to prepare it wonderfully, we need and take enough time,
which is why we have set the following check-in & check-out times:
Check-in from 4 p.m.
Check-out no later than 11am
Early check-in or late check-out upon request if possible.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay in our wonderful chalets is 2 nights.
Except Christmas & New Year's Eve: we make our chalets available for 7 nights.
Pets
Your four-legged companions are very welcome here.
For the additional effort, we charge a flat rate per pet and stay.
Depending on the chalet, these range between € 40 and € 80.
Parking
Free parking is available at all of our chalets.
Smoking
Our chalets are smoke-free in all indoor areas.
Smoking is permitted on the terraces and outdoor areas.
Children's equipment
We are happy to provide a baby cot and/or high chair free of charge upon request.
Prices & included services
You can find our prices on the overview page "Prices" and/or your Inquiry or. Ticketing. Take your time to look around and choose your favourite chalet for your wonderful holiday with us.
Since each of our chalets is individually designed and equipped,
Prices vary. Children aged 0 to 4 years stay free of charge.
With a few exceptions, our prices are independent of season and date.
Included in the price
Our prices include all amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and living room such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, soap, shower gel, shampoo and much more. Also included are bed linen and towels, WiFi, digital holiday companion, etc.

Not included in the price
Our prices do not include final cleaning and the legally required overnight stay tax of € 2.50 per adult/night (from 15 years) and are subject to price adjustment or price increase.
Final cleaning
The price for the final cleaning is € 50 to € 95 per stay depending on the chalet.
Payment by bank transfer
Transfer
100 % within 7 days from completed reservation for bookings within the next 180 days.
50 % deposit within 7 days from completed reservation for bookings which after 180 days take place.
50% Final payment one month before start of vacation.
Cancellation conditions
The following apply to us Cancellation conditions: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking completion, if that Check-in date still at least 14 days in the future. 50 % Refund for cancellations, which at least seven days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.
